The Alpha Innovations website provides product information, quote-request functionality, customer-account features, and other business services.

Many Alpha Innovations transactions are business-to-business and may require direct communication with Alpha Innovations personnel before an order is accepted.

We attempt to provide accurate product information, specifications, descriptions, pricing, images, and availability.

Products may be updated or redesigned from time to time.

Images, renderings, diagrams, descriptions, and configuration information may be illustrative and may not represent every production revision or installation.

Final specifications applicable to a transaction are those contained in the applicable quote, order confirmation, purchase agreement, or other written agreement accepted by Alpha Innovations and the customer.

Published prices may apply to certain standard products.

Custom products, quote-only products, biological products, freight, taxes, commercial terms, volume pricing, and other transaction-specific matters may require a formal quote.

A displayed price alone does not obligate Alpha Innovations to accept an order if the transaction requires additional review or information.

Submitting a quote request does not create a purchase obligation or binding contract.

Quotes may contain:

• Product pricing
• Freight
• Taxes
• Payment terms
• Delivery or pickup arrangements
• Product configuration
• Expiration dates
• Other transaction-specific terms

If a quote conflicts with general website content, the accepted quote or written order agreement controls for that transaction.

Purchase orders, net terms, deposits, credit arrangements, and other commercial terms are handled by Alpha Innovations personnel and may require approval.

Submission of a purchase order does not constitute acceptance by Alpha Innovations unless Alpha Innovations confirms the order.

Freight is not automatically included in product pricing unless expressly stated in a written quote or order agreement.

Freight costs vary based on destination, shipment requirements, equipment, carrier requirements, and other factors.

Applicable freight charges will be quoted or otherwise communicated before payment is required for transactions requiring freight.

Applicable taxes may be added to transactions as required by law.

Customers claiming tax-exempt status may be required to provide valid exemption documentation and receive approval before exemption is applied.

Certain products, including biological products, may be available only through a quote or staff-assisted ordering process.

Availability, manufacturer requirements, distribution arrangements, pricing, and other terms may vary by product and transaction.

Product availability may change without notice.

Products identified as “coming soon” are not available for immediate purchase unless Alpha Innovations expressly states otherwise.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of account credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or submitting business information.

If online payment functionality is made available, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Additional payment terms may appear during checkout, on an invoice, or within an applicable quote or order agreement.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the Alpha Innovations Refund and Cancellation Policy and by any transaction-specific terms contained in an accepted quote, purchase order acknowledgment, invoice, or other written agreement.

Website content, product names, branding, graphics, text, designs, software, and other materials owned by Alpha Innovations are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit Alpha Innovations materials without permission except as permitted by law.

You may not use the website to:

A separately executed quote, purchase agreement, commercial agreement, warranty, or other written contract may contain terms that differ from these Terms.

If there is a conflict, the separately executed agreement controls with respect to that transaction.

Alpha Innovations may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
