Refund and Cancellation Policy

A quote request or sales inquiry may generally be withdrawn before an order has been formally accepted by Alpha Innovations.

Submitting a quote request alone does not create a purchase obligation.

Once an order has been accepted, cancellation may be subject to review.

Whether an order can be cancelled may depend on factors including:

• Whether production or preparation has begun
• Whether products or materials have been ordered from a supplier
• Whether freight or shipping arrangements have been committed
• Whether the order includes custom, special-order, or nonstandard items
• Whether the product has already shipped or been made available for pickup
• Any transaction-specific cancellation terms contained in the accepted quote, order acknowledgment, invoice, purchase agreement, or purchase order terms

Customers should contact Alpha Innovations as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation.

Custom-configured, special-order, modified, or customer-specific products may not be cancellable or returnable once Alpha Innovations or its suppliers have begun fulfilling the order.

Any applicable restrictions should be stated in the corresponding quote or order documentation.

Biological products may be subject to manufacturer requirements, product-handling requirements, expiration considerations, distribution arrangements, and other limitations.

Returns or cancellations involving biological products will be evaluated according to the applicable manufacturer requirements and the specific transaction terms.

Customers should not return biological products without prior authorization.

Freight charges, return freight, carrier charges, redelivery charges, or other shipping-related costs may be nonrefundable once incurred.

No product should be returned without receiving instructions from Alpha Innovations.

Return eligibility must be approved by Alpha Innovations before a product is returned.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return eligibility may depend on:

• Product condition
• Original packaging
• Product type
• Whether the product was custom or special ordered
• Time elapsed since delivery
• Manufacturer or supplier requirements
• Applicable written order terms

Customers should notify Alpha Innovations promptly if a shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the applicable order.

We may request photographs, shipping documentation, packaging information, or other information necessary to evaluate the issue and coordinate with the applicable supplier or carrier.

If a refund is approved, the method and timing of the refund will depend on the original payment method and the circumstances of the transaction.

Approved refunds may exclude costs that have already been incurred and are nonrecoverable, such as certain freight, supplier, customization, or processing costs, where permitted and disclosed in the applicable transaction terms.

A quote, purchase agreement, invoice, order acknowledgment, purchase order acceptance, or other written agreement may contain cancellation or refund terms specific to a transaction.

If those terms conflict with this general Policy, the transaction-specific written terms control.
